  Frank Slaughter is the visionary leader and CEO of Principals Property Tax Advisors (PPTA), a premier property tax consulting firm specializing in providing extensive nationwide commercial real estate and business personal property tax solutions. Frank founded PPTA in 2021 and has 20+ years of commercial real estate valuation and property tax appeal experience on portfolios with national exposure. Frank has extensive experience in hospitality, office, retail, industrial, medical, multi-family, complex property valuation, business personal property, and appeal issues/resolution. Frank has built a reputation for excellence and integrity in the property tax industry.

Frank leads PPTA personnel in maintaining the highest level of client interaction, client communication, and client retention. Frank’s experience over the last 20+ years of working with and collaborating with some of the largest commercial real estate owners gives him great insight into client relationships and how to grow and improve that relationship. Frank has experience managing portfolios of commercial real estate assets in all 50 states, with experience in Canada as well.

Frank is a graduate of American Intercontinental University, and a Veteran of the United States Marine Corp. Frank achieved the rank of Sergeant (E5) in the USMC. Frank is a registered Sr. Property Tax Consultant in the State of Texas.

Brittany Hendrickson serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Principals Property Tax Advisors (PPTA), a leading property tax consulting firm dedicated to optimizing tax strategies for commercial real estate property owners across the nation. With over 14 years of experience in property tax, Brittany brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company, driving operational excellence and strategic growth.

 Prior to joining PPTA, Brittany held various leadership roles within the national property tax industry, where she successfully managed multifaceted teams and spearheaded initiatives that significantly improved operational efficiency and client satisfaction.  Brittany's deep understanding of property tax operations enables her to provide innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients.

Brittany is known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to fostering a culture of transparency and accountability within PPTA. She believes in empowering team members to achieve their best while maintaining a sharp focus on PPTA's mission to simplify and enhance the property tax process.

Brittany is a licensed Property Tax Consultant in the State of Texas and is passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of property taxes, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources necessary to succeed.
